1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the keju4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. By creating an Account or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. keju4d strictly enforces this age restriction in compliance with responsible gaming principles.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of keju4d, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are using the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of keju4d's services, Players must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and ongoing Account maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. keju4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Notification of Un authorized Access: If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach, you must notify keju4d immediately by contacting our support team.
• Account Suspension or Closure: keju4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or money laundering activity.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

keju4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of this commitment, we require all Players to complete an identity verification (KYC) process before processing any withdrawal. The KYC process includes:

• Document Submission: You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).
• Verification Timeline: KYC verification typically completes within 24-48 hours. During this period, withdrawal requests will be held pending successful verification.
• Additional Documentation: keju4d reserves the right to request additional documents or information at any time to satisfy regulatory obligations or internal security policies.
• Rejection of Withdrawals: Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of fraudulent documentation will result in denial of withdrawal requests and potential Account closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits:

• keju4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other supported institutions).
• All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise stated in promotional materials.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of successful bank confirmation.
• keju4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank may impose transfer charges that are beyond our control.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Platform's banking interface. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be rejected.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account from which deposits were received, to the extent operationally feasible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering.
• Processing times vary: standard withdrawals are typically completed within 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals requested on weekends or public holidays may experience delays.
• keju4d reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Bonus Wagering Requirements: If you have an active Bonus subject to wagering requirements, you may not withdraw funds until those requirements have been fully satisfied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

keju4d periodically offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to enhance the Player experience. All Bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the promotion itself:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the promotional terms. Unless otherwise specified, Bonuses are limited to one per Player, per household, per IP address.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonuses carry wagering requirements (commonly expressed as a multiplier, e.g., "30x Bonus"). You must wager the Bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) the specified number of times before any winnings derived from the Bonus may be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less (e.g., 10-20%). Contribution percentages are specified in each Bonus's terms.
• Maximum Bet Limit: When wagering with an active Bonus, the maximum bet per spin or hand is typically capped (e.g., Rp 25,000 per spin). Exceeding this limit may void the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Expiration: Bonuses and related wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified in the promotional terms (commonly 7-30 days). Unused or partially wagered Bonuses will be forfeited upon expiration.
• Abuse: keju4d reserves the right to cancel any Bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend Accounts if Bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to coordinated play, irregular betting patterns, or exploitation of software errors.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the keju4d Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by keju4d. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager at our sole discretion, without providing a reason.
• Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). In the event of a technical error or malfunction, all affected wagers are void.
• Market Suspension: keju4d reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time, particularly in the event of suspicious activity or significant market movement.
• Disputed Bets: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact customer support within 7 days of settlement. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.
• Voided Bets: Bets may be voided in cases including but not limited to: incorrect odds posted due to human or technical error, matches postponed or abandoned, players failing KYC checks, or detection of fraudulent activity.

8 Responsible Gaming

keju4d is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help Players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may enable notifications that alert them after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a period ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and the Player will be unable to deposit or wager.
• Seeking Help: If you feel that your gaming activity is becoming problematic, we encourage you to seek assistance from professional organizations specializing in gambling addiction support.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the keju4d Platform:

• Fraud & Cheating: Using bots, automated software, collusion with other players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one Account, or allowing third parties to access your Account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals. Any Player who initiates a chargeback will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing or abusing keju4d staff or other Players, whether via customer support channels, social media, or any other medium.
• Violation of Terms: Any conduct that breaches these Terms or any applicable law.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and potential legal action.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the keju4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform, is the exclusive property of keju4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or republish any part of the Platform without prior written consent from keju4d.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices appearing on the Platform.
• Use the keju4d name, logo, or branding in any manner without express written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• keju4d provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• keju4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
• keju4d's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• keju4d is not responsible for delays or failures in service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or government actions.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

keju4d respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Our collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By creating an Account, you consent to:

• The collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• The use of cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your Platform experience.
• The transfer of your data to third-party service providers (such as payment processors and game providers) to the extent necessary to operate the Platform.

13 Amendments to Terms

keju4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify Players via email or an on-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to keju4d's operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved as follows:

• Negotiation: The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation.
• Customer Support: Players should first contact keju4d customer support to attempt an informal resolution.
• Formal Complaint: If informal resolution fails, Players may submit a formal written complaint to the email address provided in Section 15 below.
• Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved through the above steps, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
